If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SignTry provides email signature creation and management services, including but not limited to:

Email signature template creation and customization
Signature analytics and tracking
Team signature management
Integration with various email clients

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.

4.2 Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specifically permitted in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Services at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, or share any User Content that:

Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Contains viruses or other malicious code
Violates any applicable laws or regulations

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SignTry, a SignTry employee, another user, or any other person or entity
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
In any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Services

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SignTry, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
